The purpose of this article is to determine the main conditions for the profitable production of motorboats in Poland by taking into account the implementation of an R&D project. Theoretical considerations were made for the analysis of the main considerations based on the VT Sport case study. A descriptive analysis was carried out, indicating the market conditions for the functioning of enterprises producing motorboats, including electric boats. The effects of the implementation of the R&D project for the production of electric motorboats were indicated. Results were obtained for defining changes in the business model through the use of the R&D project, and a critical discourse on the effectiveness of electric propulsion of motorboats was carried out.

Konstrukcje zespolone, dzięki odpowiedniemu wykorzystaniu zalet stali i betonu, cieszą się coraz większym zainteresowaniem wśród projektantów i inwestorów. Odpowiednio dobrany i zaprojektowany system połączeń zespalających pozwoli zapewnić dobrą współpracę żelbetowej płyty z belką stalową. W artykule porównano dawne i obecne rozwiązania połączeń w konstrukcjach zespolonych stalowo-betonowych oraz omówiono wady i zalety łączników mechanicznych.

Steel-concrete composite structures, because of proper use of the advantages of steel and concrete, are gaining wider interest among designers and investors. Properly selected and designed shear connection will provide sufficient cooperation between concrete slab and steel beam. In this paper it is compare a historical and contemporary connectivity solutions in the construction of composite steel and concrete and the pxaper the advantages and disadvantages of mechanical fasteners were discussed.

Analiza danych zebranych w drodze wywiadu kierowanego, pozwoliła jednoznacznie stwierdzić istotność współzależności pomiędzy wiekiem właścicieli gospodarstw a wartością mocy zainstalowanej w parku maszynowym w badanych gospodarstwach. Przeprowadzona analiza korelacyjno-regresyjna wykazała istotną statystycznie ujemną relację pomiędzy wiekiem rolników a mocą zainstalowaną, co obrazuje współczynnik korelacji równy - 0,48.

Analysis of the data collected during a directed interview allowed to univocally show relevance of correlation between farmstead owner's age and the value of power installed at the machine park of the analyzed farmsteads. The performed correlational and regressive analysis demonstrated statistically relevant negative relation between the farmer's age and installed power, which is illustrated by the correlation factor of 0,48.
