Various methods of all-optical spin control in semiconductor quantum dots are discussed, and different ways of rotating a single confined electron spin by optical coupling to a trion state are presented in the paper. A method for controlling the polarization of a confined exciton via a two-photon transition is also discussed. Finally, the effect of phonon-induced decoherence on the fidelity of these optical spin control protocols is analysed.

Na zdjęciu sejsmicznym Wysocko — Sadowie 3D, w utworach dolomitu głównego prześledzono trój-kulminacyjną strukturę. W obrębie kulminacji NW zlokalizowany jest odwiert o przemysłowym przypływie gazu Wysocko Małe — 5(WM-5). W roku 2004 rozwiercono kulminację S otworem Wysocko Małe — 6, z którego otrzymano przypływ gazu zdecydowanie mniejszy niż w otworze WM — 5. Nasuwa się pytanie, czy w zaistniałej sytuacji kulminacja SE powinna stać się celem dalszych prac wiertniczych. Ekstrakcja szczegółowej informacji stratygraficznej wymaga określenia charakterystyki sygnału sejsmicznego. Autorzy starają się rozwiązać problem stosując dane karotażowe dla estymacji fali elementarnej w obrębie wydzielonego obszaru o podobnych własnościach akwizycyjnych.

On the 3D seismic image from Wysocko – Sadowie we have investigated a triple-culminant structure of the main dolomit.The well Wysocko Małe-5 (WM-5) with industrial gas is situated in the close vicinity of NW culmination. The S culmination was drilled in Wysocko Małe-6 in the year 2004 and the efficiency of its gas output differs from that in the opening WM-5. In this situation, we have addressed the question if the SE culmination can be considered as the aim of the following drilling works. The extraction of detailed stratigraphic information requires recognition and classification of the seismic signal profile. The authors try to resolve this problem applying both the wellog data for the wavelet shape estimation and dephasing oprerator of poststack seismic records.
