This study proposes and analyzes a new method for the post-Pareto analysis of multicriteria decision-making (MCDM) problems: the revealed comparative advantage (RCA) assessment method. An interesting feature of the suggested method is that it uses the solution to a special eigenvalue problem and can be considered an analog/modification in the MCDM context of well-known ranking methods including the authority-hub method, PageRank method, and so on, which have been successfully applied to such fields as economics, bibliometrics, web search design, and so on. For illustrative purposes, this study discusses a particular MCDM problem to demonstrate the practicality of the method. The theoretical considerations and conducted calculations reveal that the RCA assessment method is self-consistent and easily implementable. Moreover, comparisons with well-known tools of an MCDM analysis shows that the results obtained using this method are appropriate and competitive. An important particularity of the RCA assessment method is that it can be useful for decision-makers in the case in which no decision-making authority is available or when the relative importance of various criteria has not been preliminarily evaluated.

In this paper, we introduce a possibilistic argumentation-based decision making framework which is able to capture uncertain information and exceptions/defaults. In particular, we define the concept of a possibilistic decision making framework which is based on a possibilistic default theory, a set of decisions and a set of prioritized goals. This set of goals captures user preferences related to the achievement of a particular state in a decision making problem. By considering the inference of the possibilistic well-founded semantics, the concept of argument with respect to a decision is defined. This argument captures the feasibility of reaching a goal by applying a decision in a given context. The inference in the argumentation decision making framework is based on basic argumentation semantics. Since some basic argumentation semantics can infer more than one possible scenario of a possibilistic decision making problem, we define some criteria for selecting potential solutions of the problem.

Planowanie pracy zespołu robotów wielofunkcyjnych sprowadza się do problemów decyzyjnych związanych z rozstrzyganiem konfliktów zasobowych w sytuacjach, kiedy jednoczesne wykonanie różnych operacji wymaga dostępu do współdzielonych robotów - dyskretnych zasobów odnawialnych. Przyjęty model referencyjny problemu planowania pracy robotów dopuszcza występowanie zarówno ostrych, jak i rozmytych zmiennych decyzyjnych - czasów alokacji robotów.

Scheduling of multi-robot in a multi-product flow shop can be seen as an allocation problem of shared renewable resources and then can be resolved in terms of constraint satisfaction problem. To make it possible a reference model of a constraint satisfaction problem is developed, and provided case illustrates its usability in an example taking into account both an accurate and an uncertain specification of robots operation time.

We continue the analysis of the notion of information in a two-stage decision process. In the previous work and in the present one, when examining specific concepts and types of information, we achieve a better understanding of mathematical contents of the notion. Only elementary set-theoretical tools are used. All the formalism previously introduced is largely used here; it is shortly recalled here. We try to formally approach several concepts: uncertainty, measurement and prediction, often applied in decision-making theory. Then, after introducing the notion of independent information, we attempt to formulate a precise definition of what we understand as decision making problem.

W artykule przedstawiono modele wielokryterialnych dyskretnych problemów decyzyjnych w postaci wieloosobowych gier kooperacyjnych i niekooperacyjnych.

This article presents models of multiple attribute decision making problem in the form of multiperson, cooperative and non-cooperative games. The considerations are begun with presentation of multiple attribute decision making problem as a game of coordination. Each of players represents only one criterion (only one goal). The next step of considerations of this work refers to allowace of the cooperation between players-goals. It is associated with specification of substitution between players' payouts. There are potentially possibilities of proposed models' application analyzed.
