The main goal of this paper is description of instruments of debts managing in enterprises in the aspect of unstable market. Special focus is put on the assessment of paying capacity of consumers. The main stress is put on the role of factoring in the debts managing. Practical analysis is based on conditions of the accessibility of polish transport's enterprises to the different instruments of debts managing.
