Preserving human resource of Vietnamese enterprise in covid-19 pandemic

The impact of the Covid-19 pandemic is still a heavy consequence and forces businesses to respond promptly to ensure their production process. Labor supply disruption is occurring in some localities. Enterprises need to have a plan to bring workers, who have been severely impacted by the pandemic both physically and mentally, back to production activities safely. The study focuses on the perceptions of business leaders about responding to the impacts of Covid-19 on the enterprise's human resource management and efforts to preserve the enterprise's human resources. The research is based on information and data from a survey and direct interviews from senior managers of 50 manufacturing enterprises in different fields in some industrial zones in northern Vietnam.

W artykule poruszono problem bezpieczeństwa w transporcie lotniczym w aspekcie aktów terrorystycznych, jakimi są ataki bombowe z użyciem IED (improwizowanych urządzeń wybuchowych). Przedstawiono problem, jakim jest wykrycie, właściwa identyfikacja i neutralizacja IED znalezionego na terenie lotniska. Artykuł to prezentacja i charakterystyka konstytutywnych czynników wpływających na poprawę bezpieczeństwa w aspekcie przeciwdziałania użyciu IED na terenie portu lotniczego. Zawiera charakterystykę kluczowych aktów prawnych z zakresu bezpieczeństwa funkcjonowania portu lotniczego, zarówno krajowych, jak i międzynarodowych, w tym najistotniejszych konwencji.

The article discusses the problem of air transport security in view of the terrorist acts, such as bomb attacks using IED (improvised explosive devices). The problem of detection, proper identification and neutralization of IED found at the airport is exemplified. In general article focuses on presentation and characterization of constitutive factors affecting the security improvement, in respect of counteracting the use of IEDs at the airport. It also contains description of key legal acts in the field of airport operation safety, both domestic and international, including the most important conventions.

This paper investigated the safety factors considered by visitors to the Kwangju Biennale 2000 and analyzed the correlation between the safety factors and the demographic characteristics of the visitors. Global tourism increased throughout the 1990s, with the biggest surge occurring in the Asia-Pacific region. Long-distance travel is also increasing, and at a rate faster than the global average. The opportunities for event tourism appear to be strong almost everywhere, even though recessions may have an impact on these destinations. Along with this upward trend, competition for more desirable tourists is also surging (Getz, 1997). Therefore event tourism is appearing as a powerful method in the fierce competition around the tourism industry.
