The evaluation of the area gives us some impression of its quality, problems and potential, and allows us to suggest a main ecological and environmental basis of use for partial areas of the territory. The result is the basis for decisions and realisation of partial ideas in practice, mainly studies and suggestions for the remaining, changing or revival of real elements of the rural environment with an emphasis on cultural-historical and aesthetic values of the country. On this basis, it is possible to give the most important.

Celem publikacji jest pokazanie, iż kryzys nie musi oznaczać upadku a może być rozumiany jako warunek dalszego rozwoju przedsiębiorstwa. Kryzys określany jest jako proces zagrażający jego egzystencji i tym różni się od codziennego problemu. Klasyfikacji kryzysów można dokonać za pomocą następujących kryteriów: - wg genezy powstania - kryzys raptowny losowy lub niedostrzeżony, strukturalny i cykliczny, - wg zasięgu - kryzys obszarowy, całego przedsiębiorstwa, sektorowy i całej gospodarki. Wyróżniamy także kryzys świadomy i symulowany. Przezwyciężenie kryzysu umożliwia często organizacji wykorzystanie szans i uniknięcie zagrożeń, których nie mogłaby dostrzec bez kryzysu. Przeciwdziałanie zjawiskom kryzysowym wymaga dokonywania zmian, które są niezbędne dla dalszego rozwoju. Kryzys może być zatem bodźcem do ulepszania przedsiębiorstwa.

The purpose of this publication is the demonstration that crisis does not mean a catastrophe. It can be understood as the next step to the development. Crisis is a process which threatens existence of a firm and it is the difference between crisis and a common problem. The classifications of the crisis can be constructed by the following criterions: 1. according to the genesis - a sudden crisis, a structural crisis and a cyclic crisis, 2. according to the reach - an area crisis, a crisis of the whole company, a crisis of the trade and a crisis of the whole national economy. We can differentiate a conscious crisis and a simulated crisis. The neutralization of a crisis by a firm makes often possible taking advantages and avoiding dangers. The counteracting crisis phenomena require the creation of the changes, which are indispensable for the development. Crisis can therefore stimulate to the improvement of the enterprise.
