This work presents a construction and work of a special device of automatic bellows that assure visual control. This visual control checks a quality work of bellows with diameter 10 mm and wall thickness of 0,1 mm. This visual control detects errors, circle errors; edge damages (feather edge and throw off an edge), and eliminates them from conforming products. The device offers a control cycle of 1,2 sec, a capacity of 3000 per hour, an automatic separation of nonconforming and conforming products.
