Przedstawiono perspektywy rozwoju naziemnej radiofonii cyfrowej w Polsce. Omówiono aktualny stan prawny w dziedzinie cyfrowej radiodyfuzji w Polsce, rolę dwóch organów regulacyjnych w procesie upowszechniania radiofonii cyfrowej (UKE i KRRiT). Opisując proces rozwoju radiofonii cyfrowej w Wielkiej Brytanii i Niemczech, wskazano na umiejscowienie radiofonii cyfrowej na rynku mediów oraz podjęto próbę odpowiedzi na pytanie, jakie czynniki będą decydujące dla powodzenia rozwoju radiofonii cyfrowej w Polsce.

In the present article, author describes prospects for development of broadcast digital radio in Poland He presents current state of legal framework in the field of digital broadcasting in Poland, showing important actions taken by two regulatory bodies (Office of Electronic Communications and National Broadcasting Council) during the process of introducing of digital radio While describing development of digital radio in United Kingdom and Germany, current place of digital radio in media market is shown, together with an attempt to answer the question about key factors leading to success of digital radio in Poland.
