Prowadzenie przedmiotu w ramach, którego wykonywane są ćwiczenia laboratoryjne wymaga opracowania tematyki tak by zajęcia były prowadzone w sposób pozwalający na przekazanie zakładanej wiedzy oraz wzbudzały zainteresowanie szerszą tematyką przedmiotu. Autor uważa, że istotne jest prowadzenie nacisku na samodzielnośći kreatywność studentów podczas zajęć. Prezentowany artykuł jest próbąpodzielenia się doświadczeniem z takiego podejścia do prowadzenia zajęć.

After the change of lecturers author was offered changes in the implementation of the subject of teaching. First, job descriptions have been shortened, engage students to independently propose measurement methods and develop measurement results. The text of the instructions are on purpose shortened and requires an independent work great during laboratory exercises. Therefore, the duration of the one lesson i s 4 h ours, i ncludes t he d evelopment o f r esults a nd reporting. The following laboratory with this kind of instruction and rules has been operating since 3 year. Because there are the eight separate dates of lessons are always available and that is why lessons can be always held. Attendance is over 98% and students are also more likely to participate in additional meetings eg. open lectures "Smart Grid". Usually the average grade is 4.5 - more than good. The article is information about the lesson which students willingly choose.

W referacie przedstawiono próbę usystematyzowania cyfrowych metod pomiaru wielkości geometrycznych przeznaczonych do badań oraz kontroli maszyn i urządzeń technologicznych. Przedstawiono własne wyniki badań dotyczących zastosowania precyzyjnych, cyfrowych przyrządów pomiarowych w badaniach dokładności geometrycznej i kinematycznej niektórych obrabiarek wysokiej dokładności.

The paper is an attempt to systematise the numerical measurement methods of the geometric quantities applied to the research and monitoring of machines and engineering systems. The author's. Research results are presented that refer to the application of precise numerical measuring Instruments in the investigations into the geometric and kinematic accuracy of the high precision machine tools.
