The article presents research measurement system for assembly connections monitoring especially in aircraft industry. The system is intended for research in clean room conditions in laboratory with use of loading frame. The system enables automated detection of crack, fatigue crack propagation monitoring and crack's length measurement. The article describes structure of the system and solutions used in hardware, software, and control layers. The application of the system in research of rivets connections applied in aircraft constructions was presented.
