Budowa kanalizacji i retencji wód deszczowych staje się poważnym problemem w eksploatacji kanalizacji deszczowej na terenach zurbanizowanych. Podjęto próbę oceny technicznych możliwości wykonania sieci kanalizacji deszczowej wraz ze zbiornikami retencyjnymi. Do analizy techniczno ekonomicznej przyjęto średnice kanałów DN: 1000,1800,2600 wraz ze zbiornikami retencyjnymi o pojemności V=750 m3 systemu betonowego, CC-GRP i PEHD. Na podstawie ofert wybranych firm wykonano kosztorysy inwestorskie i na ich podstawie dokonano oceny kosztów wykonania 1 km kanalizacji wraz ze zbiornikiem retencyjnym.

Waste water network and retention tanks construction for rain water starting to be a serious problem in high urban area. A research was made to analyze waste water network within retention tanks construction possibilities. Research was made for DN: 1000,1800,2600 duct diameters with V=750 m3 retention tanks made of concrete system CC-GRP and PEHD. On the basis of chosen proposals and investment evaluation was prepared. On its basis cost analysis of 1 km of waste water network with retention tank was prepared.

The main objective of this work is the design of a model for the technical, economic and environmental evaluation in the rehabilitation and renovation of buildings versus their demolition. A first analysis is performed on the rehabilitation and renovation of buildings versus their demolition in the historical centre of Seville, Spain. Considering that many European cities have a historical centre that in many cases also represents the most authentic part of the city, this project can be adopted as an assessment tool for many similar case studies. In a first stage, a database for Seville, Spain, has been created using ArcGIS, which identifies those buildings needing restoration. The house of tomorrow maybe the one we already inhabit by transforming it with the renovations necessary in order to make it more safe, secure, energy efficient and comfortable, finally transforming it into a contemporary dwelling, even if they are part of a historical city centre.

The paper presents a machining of near-net shape (NNS) pinions with forged chamfer in automotive industry and compares it with an older procedure of turning pinions without forged chamfer as well as production of pinions in a classic mechanical way from steel bars. It contains a description, which focuses on a technological procedure, utilization of different types of tools, and machine tools. The last part of the paper deals with an economic analysis considering sub-assembly of car starter motors production, their treatment and pinion production in a classic mechanical way from steel bars and with NNS process. The calculations are presented for different batch sizes from prototype to mass production.

W latach 90. modnym sposobem realizacji przedsięwzięć budowlanych stał się partnering, szczególnie popularyzowany w USA, Wielkiej Brytanii czy Australii. Partnering jest koncepcją realizacji przedsięwzięcia, w której z założenia relacja między inwestorem a wykonawcą oparta jest na zaufaniu, dążeniu do osiągnięcia wspólnych celów i zrozumieniu indywidualnych oczekiwań każdego z nich. Zaprezentowano definicję i rodzaje współpracy partnerskiej oraz polski przykład nawiązanej, skutecznej współpracy partnerskiej. Ponieważ przedstawiony przykład to przedsięwzięcie budowlane realizowane w sektorze prywatnym, artykuł nie nawiązuje do obowiązującej w Polsce ustawy o Partnerstwie publiczno-prywatnym.

In the 1990s "partnering" became a fashionable way of carrying out building projects, particularly widespread in the US, the UK and Australia. Partnering is a project realization concept which assumes that the relation between investor and contractor is based on trust, a striving to achieve common goals and understanding of the individual expectations of each side. The paper presents a definition and some types of partnering, as well as a Polish example of effective established partnering. Because the example given is a building project carried out in the private sector, the paper does not make reference to Poland's Public-Private Partnership Act.

Ryzyko to pojęcie z zakresu teorii decyzji, oznaczające sytuację, w której wybranie danego wariantu pociąga za sobą możliwości wystąpienia różnych konsekwencji, przy znanym prawdopodobieństwie wystąpienia każdej z możliwości. Ryzyko to również pojęcie używane w zarządzaniu projektami, oznaczające możliwość wystąpienia nieoczekiwanych okoliczności powodujących powstanie opóźnień w projekcie lub wzrost kosztów realizacji.

Marketing strategies have a direct effect on the target mass, production programs, production types, and consequently on the dispersion percentages of workflow types of machines. Establisment of workflow types is aimed at determining machine productivity and idle times. In this study, workflow types of circular knitting machines were first determined. Afterwards, any change in the proportions of these workflow types were examined in two companies applying different marketing strategies. The “Work Sampling” method was used for this study. At the end of the study, the effect of changes in t machine use rates stemming from different marketing objectives on the company’s overhead expenses, and consequently unit costs were evaluated.
