Światło w naszym życiu odgrywa fundamentalną rolę. Dostarcza nam informacji nie tylko o naszym otoczeniu, ale przede wszystkim dzięki niemu poznajemy Świat a w obecnych czasach nawet daleki Wszechświat. Dzięki nowoczesnym narzędziom astronomicznym mamy kosmos na „wyciągnięcie ręki”. Obserwowane światła docierają do nas z wielu ciał niebieskich takich jak: gwiazdy, mgławice, galaktyki. Poprzez analizę parametrów widma, fale elektromagnetyczne dostarczają nam wiele informacji o ich budowie, funkcjonowaniu, procesach, które w nich zachodzą. Publikacja ta, przybliża czytelnikowi, na czym polega podstawowa analiza spektralna światła. W jaki sposób określa się temperaturę ciał niebieskich oraz ich skład chemiczny. Wspomina też, jakie są współczesne narzędzia optycznych obserwacji astronomicznych, które dostarczają astronomom coraz bardziej szczegółowych informacji z dalekiego kosmosu oraz niepowtarzalnych obrazów.

Light plays a fundamental role in our lives. It provides us with information not only about our surroundings, but, above all, thanks to it we learn about the world and, these days, even the distant universe. Thanks to modern astronomical tools we have the cosmos at our "fingertips". The observed lights reach us from many celestial bodies such as stars, nebulae, galaxies. By analyzing the parameters of the spectrum, electromagnetic waves provide us with a lot of information about their structure, functioning, processes that occur in them. This publication, introduces the reader to what the basic spectral analysis of light is. How the temperature of celestial bodies and their chemical composition are determined. It also mentions what are the modern tools of optical astronomical observations, which provide astronomers with increasingly detailed information from the distant cosmos and unique images.

Jeszcze kilka lat temu eksploatacja kosmiczna była istnym science fiction. Jednak dziś - gdy ludzkość coraz trudniej odnajduje kopaliny na lądach – idea taka staje się coraz bardziej realna i wszystko wskazuje na to, że wkrótce wydobywanie surowców z pobliskich ciał niebieskich przestanie być wymysłem fantastów, a stanie się faktem.

This paper presents a simulation of two-component injection process for obtaining plastic parts with metallic reinforcement using a specific software package, MoldFlow. It will consider the following process parameters, mould temperature and injection pressure. The study will analyze the comparison between plastic parts with and without metallic reinforcement. It will highlight the differences that occur between the input parameters, mould temperature and injection pressure and the out parameters, cooling time and injection time for those types of parts obtained. Furthermore will be simulated a mechanical stresses of traction using a specific software package, Cosmos, for both parts obtained.

W pracy rozpatrzono możliwości odrzucenia aksjomatu o stałej prędkości światła w dowolnie przyjętym układzie odniesienia i wykazano że aksjomat ten nie jest koniecznością warunkującą wyjaśnienie znanych eksperymentów dotyczących rozchodzenia się światła. Wykazano również, że znane zależności między masą a energią ciał oraz masą fotonów i częstotliwością fali świetlnej można wprowadzić nie odwołując się do transformacji Lorenza i odrzucając aksjomat stałej prędkości światła w dowolnie przyjętym inercjalnym układzie odniesienia. Uzasadniono, że prędkości ciał względem przyjętego inercjalnego układu odniesienia mogą być większe od wartości "C".

The evolution of life on our planet is briefly reviewed emphasizing the roles played by light and language. Life and language are regarded as a single interlocking system which light has stimulated to serve as an organ of cosmic awareness. Light first rewarded life with energy. Light then stimulated life to grow upward from the surface of our planet. Life is now integrating into itself detailed knowledge of the cosmos by decoding the vast store of information contained in celestial light.

This apparently abstract question has an essential practical dimension. The more and more intensive space exploration (as for instance International Space Station Alpha, China’s space programme, or recently declared acceleration of the USA developments in this area) causes increasing aspirations to enforce clear legal regulations in this field. Space law, however, in spite of over fifty years of legislation works, still shows numerous lacks and deficiencies. Even basic definitions concerning for instance a space object or space have not been defined. Therefore the problem of space clear definition becomes fundamental, first of all because of a lower frontier of space, i.e. the border between air and space. The attempts to draw legal international distinction between these two zones have been effortlessly undertaken by scientists since the end of the 50s in the 2Cfh century. Since the 60s intensive, also not very effective works have been carried out to delimit space within the United Nations. The article also outlines developments in space delimitation and its current research and perspectives.

The author presented “collective security’’ on legal grounds that were created after World War II and situation that occurred at the beginning of the 21st century and what phenomena make a new legal quality for collective security. He exposed contemporary functioning of the United Nations, the Security Council in particular, in new conditions. He also showed facts that may make the reader’s own draw hypothesis. The major part of the article deals with legal - military situation in space. Poland ratified several treaties, signed by the UN, concerning space activities. A complex influence of situation in space on relations between the main and minor superpowers is underlined. Also terrorism as a new threat has been discussed. A possible development of terrorism and difficulties to diagnose how to counteract it effectively have been shown. The article contains seven sources that are the basis to form the author’s comments.
