The new cooling lubricating liquid used during cutting of steel

The authors have been proposing for cutting processes the special cooling-lubricating liquids that my be applied in finishing processes. Proposed liquids are based on versenian complexes of metals i.e. Cu, Zn, Cr, Mo and athers. Water is used as the carrier of a/m complexes and other addetives. In cutting process with such liquids used the components of uncovered steel surface do react with metal solution complexes resulting in formation of metal coating (i.e.Cu) on machined surface. The coating my serve as: substrate layer for another process e.g. electrolic chromium,corrosion protection or decorativ layer, a barrier against surface decarbonization in case hardening.
