W ramach badań prowadzonych przez nas w latach 2016-2017 monitorowano stężenie pyłu zawieszonego (PM10) na stanowisku pomiarowym zbudowanym na kampusie uniwersyteckim Uniwersytetu im. Adama Mickiewicza położonym na północnych obrzeżach Poznania. Wyniki porównywano z danymi uzyskiwanymi ze stacji pomiarowych umieszczonych w centrum Poznania. Zaobserwowano wyraźny wzrost stężenia pyłu w okresie jesienno-zimowym. Główną przyczyną tego zjawiska jest występowanie sezonu grzewczego i pojawianie się tak zwanej niskiej emisji. Alternatywą do stacjonarnych punktów pomiarowych mogą być bezzałogowe statki powietrzne (BSP), zaopatrzone w specjalistyczną aparaturę pomiarową i urządzenia do pobierania prób z miejsc trudno dostępnych.

As a part of the research conducted by us in 2016-2017, the concentration of particulate matter (PM10) was monitored on the campus of the Adam Mickiewicz University located in the northern part of Poznań. The results were compared with the data obtained from the measurement stations located in the Poznań city center. A significant increase in the PM10 concentration during the autumn and winter time has been observed. The main reason for this phenomenon is occurrence of the heating season and the appearance of the so-called low emission. Unmanned aerial vehicles (UAV) equipped with specialized measuring systems, can be an alternative to monitoring in the stationary points.

Supervision of measuring equipment based on risk management and ISO 9001

The study presents the results of analysis of the possibilities of measuring equipment supervision, taking into account the requirements of the ISO 9001: 2015 standard and risk management present there. As it has been shown, it is possible to use (mentioned in point 6.1 of indicated standard) a risk management method for skilfully managing a measuring equipment. Orientation of business to risk is one of the elements of the ISO 9001 standard, which does not specify exactly how the method of its implementation should looks like. Generally, it orders to manage risk wherever goals appear. The targets also appear in the field of supervision of measuring equipment. Therefore, in the elaboration, apart from the requirements analysis, the concept of a five-stage methodology for implementing a risk-based approach to management of measurement equipment was presented. The matrix method was used to assess the risk. Within this method two elements were assessed: probability and potential efPacana fects of the risk occurrence. Application of the proposed concept may contribute to a more efficient and effective management of measuring instruments.
