Praca opisuje praktyczny sposób wyznaczenia współczynników reologicznych strefy styku warstw nadawy sypkiej modelu wielowarstwowego nadawy [1,2,3] opartego na teorii zderzenia lepko-sprężystego Hertza-Sztajermana. Podaje oryginalny sposób rozdzielenia wartości współczynników tarcia materiałowego dla stref korpus maszyny - nadawa oraz warstwa – warstwa materiału, bazując jedynie na bilansie mocy czynnej przetwarzanej w układzie w dwóch charakterystycznych stanach jego pracy.

The paper describes in practical way the method of estimation reological coefficients of contact zone of granular feed layers occurring in a multiplayer model [1, 2, 3] based on the Hertz-Szajerman theory of viscoelastic collision. The research concerns the problem of estimating those coefficients by means of tuning the digital model in relation to the corresponding real model. It provides the original method of separating coefficient values for zones: machine body – material layer and material layer – material layer on the basis of measuring active power consumed by the vibrating machine in two characteristic work states. It means in the state of an over-resonance work at high coefficient of throw and in a circum-resonance state at low frequency and high amplitude of machine body vibrations.

Slide ways are presented as a crucial component affecting machining accuracy. The design requirements imposed on the guide joints are discussed. The effect of contact deformability and inherent deformations of particular components of the slide way system on non-uniformity of contact pressure at the slide ways and on displacements of the guide is analyzed in detail. It is shown that the relevant design procedure should account for inherent deformations of components as well as local deformations of contact zones and of screw joints of guiding fences.
