W artykule opisano sposób pomiaru nowej cechy tekstyliów jaką jest rezystancja punktu styku i linii styku dwóch nitek elektroprzewodzących nazwana łącznie rezystancją przejścia. Cecha ta ma kluczowe znaczenie w systemach tekstronicznych łączących technologie włókiennicze z elektronicznymi i informatycznymi. Podano przykładowe wyniki pomiarów przeprowadzonych na unikatowych stanowiskach pomiarowych. Opisano też weryfikację hipotezy o wpływie długości linii styku na wartość rezystancji przejścia.

The paper describes a method for measuring the new feature of textiles, namely the resistance of a contact point and contact line of two electro conductive threads. It is known as a transition resistance. The feature is of special importance in case of textronic systems combining textile, electronic and informatic technologies. The scheme of electroconductive woven fabric and its electrical model is shown. In the structure the contact point resistance is dominant. The contact line resistance is characteristic for knitted structures. They are presented, too, and their electrical model is described. The analysis of the influence of a lap angle of two electro conductive threads on the contact line length was performed. There are also given some results of measurements taken on unique measuring stands. Verification of the hypothesis concerning the influence of the contact line length on the transition resistance value is described. The hypothesis says that when the contact line length increases the line resistance decreases in the lap angle range from 20° to 120°. For the angle value higher than 120° the phenomenon does not exist. The analysis of this phenomenon will be the subject of next investigations.
