In the paper, the numerical tests of the contact of a pair of flexible elements were presented. The non-linear phenomena occurring in the contact zone of two elements have been considered separately for the assembly and operational condition of the joint. The physical and mathematical models of the contact joint created using the finite element method were proposed. The contact joint is treated as a system composed of the subsystems: two of them are joined elements and the third one is the contact layer between the elements. The calculations results for the selected contact joint were given.

Research of a contact joint between elements fastened in a multi-bolted connection are presented. The tests were realized with use of the INSTRON 8501 Plus servohydraulic fatigue testing machine and the original instrumentation performed earlier in the Department of Mechanics and Fundamentals of Machine Design at the Technical University of Szczecin [1]. A form of the normal stiffness characteristic for the studied contact joint is proposed.

Przedstawiono badania doświadczalne połączenia stykowego pomiędzy elementami łączonymi w połączeniu wielośrubowym. Badania zrealizowano za pomocą maszyny wytrzymałościowej INSTRON 8501 Plus oraz oryginalnego oprzyrządowania wykonanego wcześniej w Katedrze Mechaniki i Podstaw Konstrukcji Maszyn Politechniki Szczecińskiej [1]. Zaproponowano postać normalnej charakterystyki sztywnościowej dla badanego połączenia stykowego.

The paper presents nonlinear mathematical models describing the properties of dry and lubricated contact joints loaded in the normal direction within the range 0.5-2.5 MPa. The surfaces of joints were coated with an assembly paste and with a hydraulic oil. The dependences of the energy dissipation coefficient ... as a function of the load applied lubricating agents were presented. The structure of the models was determined on the basis of the experimentally determined spectral-response characteristics of the relative displacements of the nominal contact of the surface and of the contact load in the normal direction. The forms of the functional factors of models were estimated using the methods of the linear regression analysis.

W pracy przedstawiono nieliniowe modele matematyczne opisujące właściwości połączeń stykowych suchych i smarowanych obciążonych w kierunku normalnym w zakresie 0.5-2.5 MPa. Powierzchnie połączeń pokryto pastą montażową i olejem hydraulicznym. Podano zależności współczynnika rozproszenia energii ... w funkcji obciążenia dla zastosowanych czynników smarujących. Strukturę modeli określono na podstawie eksperymentalnie wyznaczonych charakterystyk widmowych sygnałów przemieszczeń względnych nominalnych powierzchni styku w kierunku normalnym. Postaci czynników funkcyjnych modelu wyestymowano stosując metody analizy regresji liniowej.

Podano także zależności współczynnika rozproszenia energii... w funkcji amplitudy obciążenia. Strukturę modeli określono na podstawie eksperymentalnie wyznaczonych charakterystyk widmowych sygnałów przemieszczeń względnych nominalnych powierzchni styku i obciążenia styku w kierunku normalnym. Postaci czynników funkcyjnych modelu wyestymowano stosując metody regresji liniowej.
