The article presents a statistical analysis of the mass variation of samples of kinematic pair of conformal contact and variation of electric power consumption of tribotester. The analysis of dependence between the mass of samples Δm and power variation ΔP for tested consumable and relative motion velocity were carried out with the help of correlation methods using R software [1, 2, 3].

This paper presents a statistical analysis of the variation of the mass of samples caused by the process of wear of kinematic vapor of conformal contact working in the presence of a consumable of a defined content. It contains the presentation of test conditions and design of a test rig. Tribological tests were carried out at a room temperature for one velocity of relative motion. Determined was the impact of the concentration of a selected consumable in SN-150 oil base on the mass decrement of tested samples. The statistical analysis was produced on the basis of R software.

W pracy przedstawiono analizę statystyczną zmiany masy próbek w wyniku procesu zużywania pary kinematycznej o styku konforemnym, pracującej w obecności preparatu eksploatacyjnego PE o zdefiniowanym składzie. Omówiono warunki badań oraz budowę stanowiska badawczego. Badania tribologiczne wykonano w temperaturze pokojowej dla jednej prędkości ruchu względnego. Określono wpływ stężenia wybranego PE w bazie olejowej SN-150 na ubytek masy badanych próbek. Analizę statystyczną wykonano w oparciu o program R.

This paper presents a statistical analysis of the variation of electric power consumption of a tribological station as a consequence of the process of wear of kinematic vapor of conformal contact working in the presence of a consumable of a defined content. It contains the presentation of test conditions and design of a test rig. Tribological tests were carried out at a room temperature for one velocity of relative motion. Determined was the influence of concentration of a selected consumable in SN-150 oil base on the variation of electric consumption of a tribotester. The statistical analysis was carried out on the basis of R software.

W artykule przedstawiono analizę statystyczną zmiany poboru mocy elektrycznej stanowiska tribologicznego w wyniku procesu zużywania pary kinematycznej o styku konforemnym, pracującej w obecności preparatu eksploatacyjnego PE o zdefiniowanym składzie. Omówiono warunki badań oraz budowę stanowiska badawczego. Badania tribologiczne wykonano w temperaturze pokojowej dla jednej prędkości ruchu względnego. Przedstawiono wyniki badań struktury i własności spoin wykonanych przy zastosowaniu różnych materiałów dodatkowych. Badania przeprowadzono na złączach doczołowych rur oraz złączach typu rura-płaskownik. Ściegi graniowe w złączach doczołowych rur wykonano spoiwem o strukturze austenitycznej EPRI P87 oraz spoiwem P 24-IG, natomiast złącza doczołowe rura-płaskownik wykonano automatycznie łukiem krytym spoiwem Union S P24 + topnik UV 305 i S1CrMo2 + topnik UV 305. Badania wykazały, że wykonanie przetopu spoiwem austenitycznym ERPI P87 daje lepszą jakość warstwy graniowej, bez obecności mikropęknięć gorących. Natomiast złącza typu rura-płaskownik, niezależnie od stosowanych materiałów dodatkowych, uzyskują wysokie własności wytrzymałościowe.

It has been presented the results of investigations into the structure and properties of welds manufactured with application of various welding consumables. In the tests it was used pipe joints and those of the pipe-flat bar type. Root beads in the pipe joints were made with the use of EPRI P87 austenitic filler metal and with P 24-IG filler metal while the joints of the pipe-flat bar type were automatically submerged-arc welded with the use of the following consumable combinations: Union S P24 filler metal+ UV 305 flux and S1CrMo2 filler metal + UV 305 flux. The investigations have shown that root layers made with EPRI P87 austenitic filler metal are of better quality, without hot microcracks. However, the joints of the pipe-flat bar type, irrespective of applied consumables, achieve high mechanical properties.

Zbadano spawalność stali T/P92 w oparciu o technikę symulacji cykli cieplnych spawania, przeprowadzono analizę wyników badań i podano założenia do technologii spawania. Scharakteryzowano materiały dodatkowe stosowane do spawania tej stali. Wykonano próbne złącza spawane rur o wymiarach fi 51,0 x 7,0 mm i fi 219 x 20 mm, zbadano ich własności wytrzymałościowe i udarność oraz przeprowadzono badania metalograficzne i pomiary twardości. Stwierdzono, że złącza spawane w stanie obrobionym cieplnie charakteryzują się dobrymi własnościami mechanicznymi, a twardość nie przekracza 285 HV10. Udarność poszczególnych obszarów złączy spawanych jest wystarczająco wysoka i spełnia wymagania instytucji dozoru technicznego UDT i TÜV.

By using the welding thermal cycle simulation technique, the weldability of T/P92 steels has been examined, the results have been analyzed and the welding technology assumptions given. Consumables used for welding of T/P92 steels are characterized. Tube and pipe test joints in dimensions of phi 51,0 x 7,0 mm and 219 x 20 mm were welded, their mechanical properties and impact strength were tested, as well as metallographic examinations and hardness tests were performed. It was found that the welded and post-weld heat treated joints had good mechanical properties and the Vickers hardness did not exceed 285 bHV10. The impact strength of the individual welded joint regions is sufficiently high and satisfies the requirements of the technical inspection societies UDT and TŰV.

Omówiono rozwój materiałów do spawania stali nierdzewnych pod względem gatunków wyrobów oraz ich składu chemicznego. Typowe gatunki spoiwa znajdujące się w sprzedaży naniesiono na znane wykresy strukturalne, opublikowane przez Welding Research Council (WRC) i Schaeffera. Zależność między składem chemicznym składników żużlotwórczych w otulinie elektrody i w drutach rdzeniowych powiązano z ich specyficznymi właściwościami spawalniczymi.

The development of welding consumables for stainless steel has been reviewed with respect to the product types and their chemical composition. The typical position of commercial grades has been plotted in the leading structure diagrams, published by the Welding Research Council (WRC) and Schaeffer. The relation between the coposition of slag forming parts in the electrode covering and in flux cored wires has been linked the their specific welding characteristics.
