The innovation and practicality of SCM solutions has been used in the construction industry relatively recently. Companies and construction companies have recognized the concept of supply chain management as a way to reduce costs, improve production quality, shorten project execution time and increase scheduling flexibility. Construction Supply Chain (CSC) refers to the whole project. The links in this chain are the suppliers and recipients of raw materials, materials, machines and equipment, people (workers), money and technical documentation, as well as many different information and intangible assets that are necessary for the execution of works and structures. Well planned and developed logistics concepts and logistics management solutions provide the opportunity for efficient project execution and cost reduction related to logistics as well as total project cost. An important element in increasing the efficiency of the project is the proper coordination of the logistics processes of all its stakeholders at every stage of the investment cycle. High risk of construction investment, mortgage crisis and high customer demand - this is the real estate market nowadays. Looking for solutions, on the one hand minimizing the costs of contractors, on the other hand it is important to maintain the high quality of the product. Can CSCM be the answer to the current state of affairs?

Wprowadzenie nowej technologii produkcji w tym wypadku wykonywania obiektów budowlanych nie jest tylko zmianą metody budowania obiektu, ale także niesie zmiany w organizacji pracy na placu budowy oraz zarządzaniu całym procesem inwestycyjno-budowlanym, we wszystkich obszarach funkcjonowania wszystkich uczestników biorących udział w realizacji tj. fazie przygotowawczej, wykonania robót budowlanych i oddaniu do eksploatacji obiektu. W artykule przeanalizowano wpływ zastosowania technologii druku przestrzennego na zarządzanie logistyką przedsięwzięcia budowlanego we wszystkich jego etapach. Dzięki wykorzystaniu w technologii druku przestrzennego robotyzacji procesów produkcyjnych zmniejsza się zakres procesów pomocniczych, w tym logistycznych, które towarzyszą zwykle zasadniczym procesom budowlanym. Redukcja procesów logistycznych stanowi źródło dużych oszczędności czasu i kosztów przedsięwzięcia budowlanego.

Introduction of new technology in production of making construction objects is not only a change of method. This new technology has an influence on many areas at construction yard. It is changing work organization, preplanning of construction and final stage when built object is waiting for approval to use. Paper is presenting analysis of the influence that 3D printing technology has on construction yard logistic on every stage. Usage of that technology, automation of production processes by robots is decreasing scope of construction processes. Including logistic, which is base process of every construction. That process is reducing all costs and is saving time.
