W artykule scharakteryzowano m.in. cykl życia projektu i budowlany proces inwestycyjny. Spośród obszarów wiedzy metodyk zarządzania projektami wyróżniono elementy procesu zarządzania ryzykiem w projektach, a w szczególności wybrane metody identyfikacji czynników ryzyka. Zwrócono uwagę na uniwersalność, wady, zalety i rezultaty tych metod, pod kątem zastosowania ich podczas realizacji projektu budowlanego.

The article describes the life cycle of a project and a construction investment process. Using the knowledge areas of project management methodologies, the authors focus on the elements of the risk management process. One of the main points of analyses was the selected methods of identifying risk factors. The focus was on the versatility, disadvantages, advantages and results of these methods for their use during a construction project.

The aim of the paper is to evaluate the ISO impact on construction investment. The ISO norms play an important role in a such process. This is because not all partners engaged in investment play the same attention to quality management. ISO norms supposed to be taken into account as the requirements in the tenders.
