Załączenie transformatora nieobciążonego do sieci elektroenergetycznej wzbudza stan nieustalony. Przebieg prądu determinuje chwilowa wartość napięcie u_((t=0)) = U_m sinα i nieliniowa charakterystyka magnesowania I = f(Φ) rdzenia. W artykule przedstawiono kolejno załączenie do sieci transformatora jednofazowego z liniową i nieliniową charakterystyką magnesowania rdzenia oraz załączenie transformatora trójfazowego. Prąd może uzyskiwać wartość większą od prądu znamionowego. Dużą wartość prądu determinuje składowa zaburzeniowa, którą generuje składowa zaburzeniowa strumienia magnetycznego. Składowa zaburzeniowa prądu jest prądem stałym zanikającym do zera. Składowa ta powoduje chwilowe przeciążenie transformatora i oddziałuje niekorzystnie na sieć, gdyż wprowadza do sieci prąd stały.

Connecting an unloaded transformer to the power grid induces an unsteady state. The current waveform is determined by the instantaneous value of the voltage u_((t=0)) =U_m sinα and the non-linear magnetization characteristic I = f(Φ) of the core. The article presents successively switching on to the network of a single-phase transformer with linear and non-linear core magnetization characteristics and switching on a three-phase transformer. The current may be higher than the rated current. The high value of the current is determined by the disturbance component generated by the disturbance component of the magnetic flux. The disturbance component of the current is a direct current decaying to zero. This component causes a temporary overload of the transformer and adversely affects the grid, as it introduces direct current into the grid.
