Dokonano syntezy ftalocyjaniny cynku(II) podstawionej ugrupowaniami 3-(pentyloksykarbonylo) propoksylowymi i 2-(1,9-dihydro-6H-puryn-6-on-9-ylo)etoksylowymi. Barwnik scharakteryzowano z wykorzystaniem spektrometrii mas, spektroskopii UV-VIS oraz różnych technik NMR.

6-Methylthiopurine was substituted at the N9 position with BrCH₂CH₂OH in HCONMe₂, at 65°C and etherified with 3-nitrophthalonitrile in Me₂SO at 40°C. The phthalonitrile derivative and 3,6-bis[3-(ethoxycarbonyl)propoxy]-1,2-benzenedicarbonitrile were subjected to the macrocyclization in presence of 1,8-diazabicyclo[5.4.0]undec-7-ene and Zn(OAc)2 in n-pentanol at 110°C to yield a green zinc(II) {1,4,8,11,15,18-hexakis-bis[3-(pentoxycarbonyl)propoxy]-22-[1,9-dihydro-6H-purin-6-on-9-yl)ethoxy]phthalocyanine pigment and a known zinc(II){1,4,8,11,15,18,22,25-octakis[(3-pentoxycarbonyl)propoxy]phthalocyanine as a by-product. The purine-phthalocyanine conjugate was characterized by mass spectrometry, UV-VIS spectroscopy and various NMR techniques.

The notion of conformal measures or densities goes back to Patterson’s work [8]. By a theorem of Milnor and Thurston [7] a piecewise monotone and continuous map of the interval is semiconjugate to one with constant slopes. The semiconjugacies can be defined by distribution functions of conformal measures as shown in [2]. In this note we show that for some transformations the conjugacies are estimable functions and can be used to improve estimation procedures, in particular density estimations.

A conjugacy is introduced for the class of starshaped functions from [0, infinity] into [0, infinity], i.e. the class of functions f such that their slope s : t --> f (t)/t is nondecreasing. This class is stable by several operations and plays a key role in the study of uniformly convex and uniformly smooth convex functions and in the geometry of Banach spaces. Here the inversion of the subdifferential as in the Legendre-Fenchel transform is replaced by an inversion device of the slope s which uses the ordering of R.
