W artykule zaprezentowano problem analizy wpływu zmian temperatury oraz wilgotności elementu na rozkład naprężeń normalnych do przekroju poprzecznego belek zespolonych drewniano-szklanych. Ze względu na brak podobnych badań w dostępnej literaturze przybliżono pokrótce podobne badania prowadzone dla belek szklanych zbrojonych, sprężonych zewnętrznymi elementami ze stali nierdzewnej. Opisane w artykule belki przeznaczone są głównie do wykorzystania jako konstrukcyjne elementy nośne stropodachów, w tym przeziernych, dlatego też główny nacisk położono na wpływ zmian temperatury elementu.

The article presents the problem of analyzing the impact of temperature and humidity change of the given element, on the distribution of normal tensions on the cross section of the integrated wood-glass beams. Considering the lack of similar research pursued in the literature available, similar research projects for the reinforced glass beams, coupled with external stainless steel elements, have been cited. The beams described within the article have been designed, primarily, to be used as the structural load-bearing elements of the flat roofs, including see-through flat roofs, thus the main emphasis has been placed on the impact of temperature change on the aforesaid elements.
