Program numeryczny umożliwia śledzenie procesów cieplnych zachodzących w objętości kondensatora i daje możliwość oceny: stopnia zabrudzenia rurek chłodzących, spiętrzenia temperatur, podgrzania wody chłodzącej, lokalnych współczynników przekazywania ciepła, lokalnych strumieni masy kondensatu oraz szczelności układu kondensacyjnego. Po włączeniu do systemu monitoringu pracy bloku energetycznego możliwe jest porównywanie bieżących parametrów pracy skraplacza z wynikami obliczeń.

There is presented a numerical program which allows to study thermal processes occurring in the volume of the condenser and provides a unique opportunity to assess: the degree of contamination of cooling tubes, local temperatures arise of the cooling water, local heat transfer coefficients, the local condensate mass flow and tightness of unit on the basis of the numerical results. The program, if included to the monitoring system of the power unit, allows to compare the current parameters of the condenser with the calculated results. This is the basis for the evaluation of the technical state of the condenser, together with information about the possible causes of faults e.g. increase mineral deposit inside cooling tubes, increase air leaks of the unit or improper operation of cooling water pumps.
