In this article the equation obtained by correlation of results of heat transfer process in the annular concentric heat exchanger has been presented. The equation obtained describes heat transfer process in the annular channel through both surfaces in the range of the Reynolds number Re e (500 •*• 25000). The equation (1) can be used in designing of a concentric heat exchanger.
