W pracy przedstawiono wybrane aspekty projektowania stropów z płyt HC, obciążonych siłą skupioną, w świetle obowiązującej normy EN 1168 oraz licznych publikacji. Przeprowadzono analizę porównawczą, w której obliczeniową nośność płyty porównano z wybranymi badaniami eksperymentalnymi takich stropów, przeprowadzonymi w Fińskim Instytucie Technicznym. Wykazano wiele niejasności i wątpliwości co do sposobu obliczania elementów pracujących w złożonym stanie naprężenia, które wciąż wymagają naukowego wyjaśnienia.

The article presents selected aspects related to the design of hollow core slab units that are able to distribute concentrated loading to adjacent slabs. Provisions of EN 1168 as well as literature are presented and discussed. A comparative analysis has been performed in which calculated capacity of a slab has been compared to selected experimental results obtained from slab field tests done in Technical Research Centre of Finland. The outcome of analysis illustrated various ambiguities and questions that correspond to the state of the art knowledge regarding the considered subject.

This research experimentally investigates the effect of using the perforated steel plate instead of steel bars as a reinforcing system in two-way concrete slabs. The study consists of casting four slabs using self-compacting concrete. Three slabs are reinforced by a perforated steel plate and one slab is reinforced by traditional bar reinforcement. The amount of steel in both types of reinforcement is equal. The slabs are tested under a monotonic concentrated load at their middle point. The results show a significant enhancement in behavior. The ultimate load increased about 43% to 76%, depending on the size of the openings. Moreover, the final crack width in all slabs reinforced by a perforated steel plate was smaller than in the slab reinforced by a traditional steel bar. The results of this study may be used in future research to introduce a method that will lead to an improvement in the overall behavior of two-way concrete slabs.

W artykule zaprezentowano wyniki badań doświadczalnych murów z betonu komórkowego zbrojonych i bez zbrojenia, poddanych obciążeniom skupionym. Przeanalizowano dwa przypadki położenia siły: w środku i na krawędzi modelu. Jako zbrojenie zastosowano siatki z włókien szklanych układane w spoinach wspornych i mocowane do powierzchni bocznych muru. Wykorzystując analizy numeryczne, wykazano, że zastosowanie zbrojenia nie wpływa na nośność modeli, lecz ma istotny wpływ na propagację zarysowań.

The article presents the results of experimental studies of AAC masonry with and without reinforcement subjected to concentrated load. Two cases of loading force positions was tested: in the middle and on the edge of the model. As reinforcement the grid of glass fibers laid in the bad joints and fixed to the side surfaces of the masonry was used. It has been shown that the use of reinforcement does not affect the load capacity of the models, but has a significant impact on the propagation of cracks.

Two models of brick arched lintels and two arch models were put to the test of single concentrated force in the middle of the span and in the most sensitive spot. Value of the concentrated force, value of the horizontal force and the displacement were registered. The dependence of the construction strength (in comparison with the strength of the arched lintel to the strength of the arch) were compared to the placement of concentrated force. Analytical numerical research where carried out with help of limit tension stress criterion, then results where compared to the results of fundamental research.

Przedstawiono wyniki badań doświadczalnych (4 modele) i numerycznych (24 modele) nośności i sztywności blach fałdowych zginanych obciążeniem skupionym przyłożonym do jednej fałdy. Na tej podstawie wyznaczono zastępcze obciążenia poszczególnych fałd ustroju. Umożliwiają one analizę nośności i sztywności blach fałdowych obciążonych siłami skupionymi przyłożonymi do jednej fałdy.

The results of experimental (4 models) and numerical (24 models) investigations upon the resistance and rigity of corrugated sheets under bending caused by a concentrated load applied to the one fold have presented. On this basis the substitution concentrated loads for the individual folds have been determined, which makes the analysis of resistance and rigity of the corrugated sheets the concentrated loads, applied to the fold, possible.
