Przedstawiono motywy podjęcia tematu pracy, a także aktualny stan zagadnienia w zakresie badań nad technologią odlewania siekierek ze stopów miedzi. Omówiono możliwości wykorzystania współczesnej techniki komputerowej do przybliżonego określenia parametrów procesu odlewania siekierki z okresu około 940 - 750 lat p.n.e. Podano niektóre dane dotyczące odlewów z epoki brązu, tzw. "Skarbu" z Roska k. Poznania. Wskazano na możliwości wykorzystania wspomagania komputerowego w tej dziedzinie z uwzględnieniem edytorów graficznych 3D oraz oprogramowania MAGMAsoft, pozwalających na przeprowadzenie procesu symulacji wypełniania i krzepnięcia stopów w formie. Zestawiono wstępne wyniki symulacji procesu zalewania i krzepnięcia odlewu siekierki rytualnej, przyjmując do analizy dane wyjściowe odtwarzające parametry procesów technologicznych odlewania w epoce brązu. Interesujące wyniki badań skłaniają do kontynuacji i rozszerzenia zakresu prowadzonych doświadczeń.

The reasons of undertaking the subject of the work are presented as well as the current state of the problem in the sphere of research on the technology of making hatchets from copper alloys. Possibilities of utilising the present-day computer technique, which make an approximate determination of the process parameters to cast a hatchets from the period of about 940-750 years BC, are discussed. At the same time some data concerning castings from the Bronze Age, the so-called "Treasure" coming from the village Roska near Poznań are given. It has been pointed out that there exist possibilities of using computer-aided means in this domain with consideration of 3D graphic editors and MAGMAsoft programme, which allow to carry out the simulation process of filling and solidification of alloys in the mould. The initial results of the simulation process of pouring and solidification of a casting of a ritual hatchet were compiled taking for the analysis the initial data reproducing the technological parameters of a casting process from the Bronze Age. The interesting results of the investigation should cause the continuation and enlargement of the research.
