Korupcja to ważny i ciągle aktualny problem gospodarki rynkowej. Ciągle aktualna jest istota problemu, formy korupcji i warunki jej rozprzestrzeniania. Korupcja nie omija też sektora prywatnego. Korupcja istnieje też w relacjach obywateli, przedsiębiorstw z instytucjami państwowymi. Korupcja, jak łatwo wykazać, bywa legalna i bezprawna. Można przedstawić prosty model korupcji. Skutki korupcji są niekorzystane dla finansów przedsiębiorstwa. Ale też skutki korupcji mogą być korzystne dla finansów przedsiębiorstwa. Narasta problem finansowania korupcji ze źródeł finansowych przedsiębiorstwa. Główne pytanie to, czy wysiłek społeczeństwa i instytucji państwowych w celu likwidacji korupcji jest "daremny".

The corruption is significant and continually actual problem of the market economy. Continually actual is the substance of the problem, the forms of the corruption and the conditions of its enlargement. The corruption passes not over the private sector. The corruption exists in the relations of the citizens, firms with the government institutions. The corruption can be legal and inlegal. It is possible to present the simple model of the corruption process. The consequences of the corruption are disadvantageous to firm's finances. But also consequences of the corruption can be beneficial to firm's finances. The problem how to finance the corruption from the financial sources increases. It is important question, whether the society and the government institutions trying to wipe out the corruption are doing senseless job.
