This article shown examples of rapid failure in electrical and communication systems under Threats of CME (Coronal Mass Ejection) from the sun flare. Is presented the past and present results of impact of CME to the Earth magnetosphere. Under these events are generate the massive geomagnetic storms. The solar flare merging from the sun Surface, and emitted powerful bursts of radiation and particles emission CME (Coronal Mass Ejection). This radiation under contract with the Earth magnetosphere ionize upper atmosphere and generate geomagnetic storms. The power of magnitude of geomagnetic storms can destroy or hard damaged the electrician and communications networks. Wide range of these failure can influence to the whole economy of each country. Last information’s from astronomers suggest that in future, in next 50 years, we can expect on Earth a strongly change of sun activity. This article have suggestion to take into consideration for Resilience Modelling for the electrical and communication systems an influence of CME (Coronal Mass Ejection).

W artykule przedstawiono model przetwarzania rozproszonego typu regułowego i pokazana zostanie jego przykładowa implementacja w sieci czujników opartej o standard ZigBee. Przedstawione zostaną wyniki symulacji przykładowej sieci czujników wykonane przy użyciu programu TrueTime. Przedstawiony w artykule, opracowany model symulacyjny pozwala na przetestowanie sieci czujników składającej się ze zdefiniowanej przez użytkownika liczby urządzeń i zawierających reguły przesłane do węzłów na etapie konfigurowania systemu.

In the paper, model of rule-based distributed processing and its implementation example in ZigBee sensor network is presented. Chosen results of simulation done by use of simulation tool TrueTime are shown. Presented in the paper simulation model allows to test sensor networks for defined by user number of the nodes, which contain rules send to nodes during system configuration.

The aim of this paper is to sketch out the concepts, standards and properties associated with the new service IPTV. Introductory part of this paper provides useful information, which may help to understand this new technology. The second part of this paper is dedicated to the topics QoS (Quality of Service) and QoE (Quality of Experience). Ali current methods for the evaluation of the QoS and QoE are described and discussed with reference to practical applications.

Główny temat pracy to koncepcje i standardy dla nowej usługi multimedialnej IPTV. Pierwsza część pracy zawiera podstawowe informacje opisujące tą nową technikę. Druga część pracy jest poświecona tematowi QoS (Quality of Service) i QoE (Quality of Ecperience). Przedstawione są tutaj obiektywne metody do oceny QoS i QoE w usłudze IPTV przy uwzględnieniu praktycznych zastosowań.
