The study considers the basic trends of development of modern mechanical transmissions of trucks and buses. It provides the developed various series of multispeed transmissions with automatic control and a number of transmissions from 6 to 16 for trucks and buses. The paper shows the basic parameters of the standard series of new transmissions received on the basis of innovative technical solutions. It provides the results of experimental studies of 16-speed transmissions on a special test stand and on the road as part of a truck transmission. Theoretical and experimental data on the gear change time are compared.

Dynamiczny rozwój technologii informatycznych i teleinformatycznych znajduje coraz większe odzwierciedlenie w obszarze informatycznych systemów wspomagających ratownictwo i zarządzanie kryzysowe. Charakterystyczne dla każdej ze służb warunki działań wpływają na różnorodność zaimplementowanych rozwiązań informatycznych. W przypadku Państwowej Straży Pożarnej - co zaprezentowane będzie w artykule - istnieje stosunkowo duża jednorodność. W opracowaniu autor przedstawia wyniki badań nad Systemem Wspomagania Decyzji "SWDST", przeprowadzone w ubiegłym roku na poziomie powiatu (miasta). Opracowanie zawiera krótką charakterystykę systemu, zakres implementacji i wspomagania systemu jak i poszczególnych jego części.

The time of dynamic information and multi - information system development have been gaining popularity on the crisis management and rescue operation decision support systems field. Environmental differences between emergency services are the main causes that the decision support systems are different each other. The article shows that the State Fire Service dispatcher centers have nearly the same solution. The paper presents results of the research on Decission Support System called "SWDST" that were being carried out on the county (municipal) level last year. The article briefly describes system characteristic, the range of system and modules implementation and supporting.

It is very important to support communications among people in the emergency of large manufacturing systems. This paper deals with a communication support system for emergent situations in a hierarchical management structure for large scale manufacturing systems. Our system is based on the communication model which considers human related factors such as 'competence', 'duty', 'responsibility' and 'knowledge'. A prototype of a group communication support system is developed based on the model, and the system is evaluated for an example of chemical plant.

Bardzo ważną rolę odgrywa wspomaganie komunikacji między ludźmi w czasie awarii przemysłowych systemów wytwarzania. Referat omawia system wspomagania komunikacji w sytuacjach awaryjnych w hierarchicznej strukturze zarządzania dla przemysłowych systemów wytwarzania. Omówiony system bazuje na modelu komunikacji uwzględniającym czynniki ludzkie, takie jak :kompetencje', 'obowiązki' i 'wiedza'. Opracowano prototyp systemu wspomagania komunikacji grupowej oparty na powyższym modelu i dokonano jego oceny na przykładzie zakładu chemicznego.
