Research on effectiveness of antipyrene on combustibility of chosen kinds of exotic wood from Asia. High popularity of products made of exotic wood used in our houses results in the necessity to test their combustibility and find a method and agent that would protect them in a way which does not pose a threat for human life. In this paper, the effectiveness of antipyrene Drewnosol – 3 was tested on chosen types of exotic wood from Asia. The samples were saturated with solutions of various concentrations. The effectiveness of protection as tested with use of short flame tube.
