The main management problems arising in the implementation of the preparation and decision-making processes in military systems have been considered; an approach to increase the efficiency and the validity of decisions, taking into account the most important factors and parameters of the real process, has been proposed.

W NATO od lat dziewięćdziesiątych dwudziestego wieku dla logistyki wojskowej istotne znaczenie, z punktu widzenia poprawy efektywności funkcjonowania systemu logistycznego, miało wdrożenie i eksploatacja systemu informatycznego wspomagającego pracę komórek logistycznych w misjach i operacjach wojskowych. W artykule został przedstawiony system informatyczny LOGFAS wspierający zabezpieczenie logistyczne misji i operacji narodowych i wielonarodowych, w tym związanych z zarządzaniem zasobami logistycznymi, planowaniem i realizacją procesów logistycznych, wymianą informacji logistycznych zarówno w okresie przygotowania, jak i prowadzenia operacji. Scharakteryzowano rolę, możliwości i moduły funkcjonalne systemu LOGFAS. Między innymi dokonano charakterystyki i oceny wdrożenia systemu w Siłach Zbrojnych RP oraz ukazano perspektywy jego rozwoju.

In NATO since the nineties of the twentieth century for military logistics, the implementation and operation of an IT system supporting the work of logistic units in military missions and operations was of significant importance from the point of view of improving the efficiency of the logistics system. The article presents the LOGFAS IT system supporting logistic processes of national and multinational missions and operations, including those related to the management of logistics resources, planning and implementation of logistics processes, exchange of logistic information both during the preparation and operation of operations. The role, possibilities and functional modules of the LOGFAS system were characterized. Among other things, the characteristics and evaluation of the system implementation in the Armed Forces of the Republic of Poland were made and the prospects for its development were shown.
