Artykuł porusza zagadnienia koloru i światła w architekturze, w ramach zjawiska jakim określa się zespół „inteligentne miasto”, w którym problemy komunikacyjne, łączności i estetyczne rozwiązuje najnowsza technologia. Inteligentne kolorem i światłem miasto to głównie jego artystyczna strona, gra intelektualna i emocjonalna mająca na celu uporządkowanie przestrzeni do życia, potrzeby która leży w naturze człowieka. Faktem jest, że wszelka kompozycja barwna we wnętrzu urbanistycznym podlega bezwiednej i nieuniknionej obserwacji, podświadomie wpływająca (udowodnione naukowo) na psychikę i fizjologię obserwatora. Analiza kolorystyki zespołów architektonicznych w Polsce wskazuje na wciąż drugoplanową rolę, jaką odgrywabarwa i kolor zarówno budynków jak i kontekstu. Widoczny w Polsce chaos kolorystyczny większości wnętrz urbanistycznych wciąż nie pozostawia w tym względzie złudzeń. Jednakże nadzieją na poprawę sytuacji jest globalna wymiana doświadczeń projektantów oraz intensywne migracje ludności między szybko powstającymi nowymi ośrodkami miejskimi, co prowadzi do konieczności uporządkowania kodów kolorystycznych całych zespołów mieszkalnych.

The article raises the issues of color and light in architecture as part of what is called the „smart city”, where communication and aesthetics solve the latest technology. Color and light in „smart city” create mainly its artistic side, intellectual and emotional game aimed at ordering space for life, the need that lies in the nature of man. The fact is that all color composition in the urban interior is subject to unconscious and unavoidable observation, subconsciously influenced (scientifically proven) to the psyche and physiology of the observer. The analysis of the colors of architectural ensembles in Poland points to the still secondary role that is the color of both buildings and the context. Visible in Poland the color chaos of most urban interiors still leaves no illusions in this regard. However, the hope of improving the situation is the global exchange of designers’ experiences and intense migration between rapidly emerging new urban centers, leading to the need for color coding of entire residential complexes.

On CIR images near infra red range of electromagnetic radiation is registered. In this range the difference between reflectance of terrain objects and trees species becomes more clear. Three digital images corresponding to the component colors in RGB were obtained by scanning analog images. The colors represent intensity of solar radiation recorded on the image. Digital recording is considered an objective representation of the color phenomenon. The paper presents digital analysis of classification of tree crown (spruce) results for three health levels, carried out by using visual method, by different operators. It was found out that the results were widely dispersed. The interpreted categories were also equivocal, because trees with the same color code were included to different health levels.
