Zjawisko tarcia występujące podczas zbioru, transportu, składowania i obróbki podzbiorowej plonu ziemniaków w dużym stopniu determinuje przebieg procesu technologicznego. Celem badań była analiza wpływu rodzaju nawożenia na wartości: współczynnika tarcia zewnętrznego bulw o podłoże gumowe, wskaźnika wypełnienia gabarytowego bulw oraz współczynników sferyczności bulw. Obiektami doświadczenia były odmiany ziemniaków: Baszta, Irga i Salto i rodzaj nawożenia. Stosowano nawozy: Polli-Pam, zielone i mineralne. Współczynniki sferyczności wyznaczono metodą wideo-komputerowo, a współczynnik tarcia kinetycznego metodą trybometryczną. Od notowano wpływ rodzaju nawożenia na badane właściwości bulw, choć należy podkreślić, że nie we wszystkich kombinacjach doświadczenia różnice pomiędzy wartościami średnimi są statystycznie istotne.

The course of the technological process of harvesting, transport, conservation and post-harvest treatment of the potato crop is influenced to a large extent by the phenomenon of friction. The purpose of the investigation was the analysis of the influence of the kind of manure applied on the coefficient of external friction of tubers upon a rubber under-layer, the index of tubers' mass filling and the coefficient of tubers' spherical shape. The object of the experiment were the potato cultivars Baszta, Irga and Salto and the type of maturing. Polli-Pam, green manures and mineral fertilizers were used. The coefficient of shape was determined by the video-computer method and the kinetic friction coefficient by means of a tribometer. An influence of the kind of manure upon the investigated parameters was visible, although it should be noted that the observed differences between mean values were not statistically strong in all the combinations of the experiment.
