A number of technologies is developed that substitute simple metal cores in the high-pressure casting technology. Soluble cores, namely on the salt basis, represent the highest prospect. The contribution gives the results of the production of salt cores by high-pressure squeezing and shooting with using a binder. Special attention is paid to the shape of NaCl salt crystals with additives and the influence on strength properties of cores. A technology of bonding the salt cores is developing. Salinity of circulating water is studied and it is checked with the aid of electrical conductance.

In the article theoretical bases of technology of purification of bilge water, which is formed during the operation of ship power plants. Theoretical foundations are based on theoretical premises Kulskij L.A. that the choice of methods of cleaning depends on the properties of the treated water. The basic properties of oil bilge water that oil present in this water emulsified oil products and oil as the individual phases. Also made an analysis other factors that determine the choice of technology cleaning of bilge water. The basic technological scheme of cleaning should contain methods for cleaning from free product and from emulsified. There is also the possibility to use such methods of water treatment, which improve the efficiency of methods of cleaning. Theoretical bases allow to develop effective devices for cleaning bilge water as marine and coastal or for floating treatment facilities.

It was described the possibility to use electrical underwater discharges for water cleaning. The kinetic destruction of due depends from nature of add electrolyte, time treatment and type discharge. The results of sewage treatment by diaphragm discharge were presented. One can see that the using of Na2CO3 as add electrolyte is more effective then using of NaCl solution.

Opisano możliwość wykorzystania podwodnych wyładowań elektrycznych do oczyszczania wody. Degradacja zależy od użytego elektrolitu, przebiegu procesu i rodzaju wyładowań. Przedstawiono oczyszczanie ścieków przez wyładowanie w diafragmie. Przy użyciu Na2CO3 jako elektrolitu uzyskano lepszą efektywność niż w przypadku wykorzystania NaCl.

The heating rate depends on the microwave frequency, power of a generator and dielectric properties of a treated material The ability of dielectrics to absorb microwave energy depends on: particle size, amount of carbon and moisture content and nature of the carbon too.
