In the article energetic-ecological analysis has been made. Three particular types of building (standard, energy saving and low energy) have been distinguished with square meters surface, cubic size and external partitions parameters. The experimental results of influence of building-installation system parameters on the building energetic coefficients are presented. Mathematics models of influence of thermal barrier parameters and heating surface on the energy characteristics, namely final energy EK and primary energy EP have been established. The influence of the gravitation and mechanical ventilation systems on the final heat energy of houses is shown. Using the approach of energy-ecological factors analysis might be the basis of optimization in construction industry.
