The article presents the changes in modern enterprises. Issuing from an analysis of selected literature changes in the organization have been shown. On the basis of personal research we have indicated areas of change that are occurring, as well as those that are preferred in the surveyed enterprises in the construction industry from the point of view of persons employed on employment and unemployment contracts. We have also shown the evaluation of these changes from the perspective of the people involved in the research. In the final part of the article the main conclusions and limitations of the study are presented.
