W Sieci Badawczej Łukasiewicz - Instytucie Inżynierii Materiałów Polimerowych i Barwników działa jednostka Certyfikująca Wyroby, która posiada akredytację Polskiego Centrum Akredytacji nr AC 004 i spełnia wymagania normy PN-EN ISO/IEC 17065:2013-03. W niniejszej publikacji opisano akredytowaną działalność jednostki Certyfikującej Wyroby, czyli przedstawiono proces certyfikacji wyrobów.

At The Łukasiewicz Research Network - Institute for Engineering of Polymer Materials and Dyes operates the Product Certification Body, which is accredited by the Polish Centre for Accreditation (Accreditation Certificate No. AC 004) and meets the requirements of the PN-EN ISO/IEC 17065:2013-03 standard. This paper describes the accredited activity of the Product Certification Body - the process of products certification.

Despite the growing body of knowledge on requirements engineering and business analysis, these areas of software project are still considered problematic. The paper focuses on problems reported by business analysts and on applicability of available business analysis techniques as solutions to such problems. A unified set of techniques was developed on the basis of 3 industrial standards associated with IIBA, REQB and IREB certification schemes. A group of 8 business analysts was surveyed to list problems they encounter in their work and to assess their frequency. Selected problems were further analyzed and most suitable techniques were proposed to address them. These proposals were validated through follow-up discussions with business analysts. The main results of research reported in this paper are: the comparative analysis of techniques included in IIBA, REQB and IREB standards and the list of problems reported by practitioners associated with techniques suggested as effective solutions.

In the article key aspects concerning the certification of sustainable production of biofuels, with particular focus on the KZR INiG System were discussed. Firstly, the main aspects of energy production, especially in the context of the impact on the natural environment and the necessity of its verification were presented. In the second part of the article the main steps of development of the KZR INiG System – the Polish certification scheme recognized by the European Commission were presented. Special emphasis was put on the features which are characteristic for the KZR INiG System.

W artykule przedstawiono kluczowe aspekty w zakresie zrównoważonej produkcji biopaliw, ze szczególnym uwzględnieniem Systemu KZR INiG. W pierwszej kolejności przedstawiono główne zagadnienia związane z produkcją energii, szczególnie pod kątem wpływu na środowisko naturalne i jego weryfikacji. W drugiej części artykułu przedstawiono główne etapy rozwoju systemu KZR INiG – polskiego systemu certyfikacji, uznanego przez Komisje Europejską. Szczególny nacisk został położony na cechy charakterystyczne dla Systemu KZR INiG.
