Modern requirements to increase cargo flows integrated transport system are faced with the problem of mismatch of information and technical capacity of the individual elements of its infrastructure. Primarily, this provision applies to transport hubs, which became thе the end of the 20th century the "bottleneck" of freight and passenger traffic. In this paper, an analysis and proposed the concept of modeling cargo transport unit as a basic element of a multi-modal transportation system based on a set of procedures to optimize the organization of freight transportation.

W niniejszym artykule przedstawiono wyniki badań eksperymentalnych, których celem było oszacowanie czasu i kosztów podróży w zestawieniu różnic dla przejazdu Drogową Trasą Średnicową i tras dla niej alternatywnych samochodem osobowym. Ponadto przeprowadzono badania analityczne które polegały na porównaniu czasów przejazdu komunikacją zbiorową na linii poruszającej się głównie po DTŚ z liniami alternatywnymi. Analizy czasowe oparto na podstawie rozkładów jazdy i pomiarów rzeczywistych. W niniejszym opracowaniu zamieszczono wyniki badań analitycznych na podstawie rozkładu jazdy KZK GOP obowiązującego od stycznia 2014 r. Przyjęty zakres badań wynika z założenia, że zarówno czas podróży jako i koszt stanowią determinujące czynniki w zakresie mobilności mieszkańców oraz decyzji o doborze środka transportu a tym samym wpływają na przepływy w logistyce miejskiej regionów wysoko urbanizowanych.

This article presents the results of experimental studies aimed at assessing the time and travel expenses in the statement of differences to pass DTŚ Drogowa Trasa Średnicowa (DTŚ, can be translated as diametral highway or central highway is a highway in Silesian Voivodeship) and alternative routes by car. In addition, an analytical study which relied on a comparison of collective transport journey times on the line moving mostly in DTS alternative lines. Analysis was based on the time schedules and the actual measurements. This paper presents the results of analytical studies based on the KZK GOP timetables in force since January 2014 Adopted range of research based on the assumption that both the travel time and cost are the determining factors for the mobility of the inhabitants and the decision on the choice of means of transport and thereby affect logistics flows in the urban regions that are highly urbanized.

W artykule rozwiązano zadanie wyznaczania optymalnego planu przewozów drobnicy koleją w warunkach niepełnej informacji. Zaprezentowano model matematyczny organizacji takich przewozów. Pokazano przykład wyznaczania optymalnego planu przewozów dla wybranego potoku wagonów.

In this paper, resolved to appoint an optimal plan for cargo transportation by rail under conditions of incomplete information. Presented a mathematical model of the organization of such movements. Shows an example of determining the optimal transportation plan for the selected stream wagons.
