Z uwagi na zagrożenie odspojeniem warstwy fakturowej w budynkach wielkopłytowych, podejmowane są działania mające na celu zapobieganie temu zjawisku. Stopień zniszczenia oprocz jakości wykonania i oddziaływania czynnikow zewnętrznych, zależy przede wszystkim od lokalizacji obiektu (np. tereny gornicze). Na trwałość mocowania warstwy fakturowej mają wpływ: parametry żywicy (wytrzymałość na ściskanie, zginanie, rozciąganie oraz odporność termiczna), klasa betonu (stopień jego degradacji w konstrukcji) oraz gatunek i jakość stali (zwykła lub nierdzewna). W artykule zostaną przedstawione poprzez plan eksperymentalny parametry określające trwałość elewacyjnej warstwy fakturowej.

With attention to the disconnection threat of the textured layer in the buildings of large slab, actions are taken to prevent this phenomenon. The degree of destruction apart from the quality of performance and the influence of external factors depends primarily on the location of the facility (e.g. mining areas). The stability of fixing of the texture layer is influenced by: the characteristics of the resin (compressive strength, bending, stretching, and heat resistance),concrete class (the degree of degradation of the structure) and the species and quality of the steel (ordinary or stainless steel). In the article will be presented trough the experimental plan parameters determining the durability of the texture layer facade.

Wraz z upływem czasu budynki wielkopłytowe w coraz w większym stopniu nie spełniają stawianych im wymogów i mają coraz gorszą opinię społeczną. Potrzebna jest ich modernizacja, która wymaga diagnostyki technicznej. W artykule scharakteryzowano badania nieniszczące wykorzystywane w diagnostyce technicznej budynków wielkopłytowych, które pozwalają ocenić obiekt budowlany, nie naruszając jego stanu konstrukcyjnego.

With the passage of time buildings of large slab more and more against them they do not meet the requirements and are becoming worse social opinion. There is a need of modernization, which requires technical diagnostics. The article describes non-destructive investigations used in the diagnosis of technical buildings of large slab that allow you to assess the construction works without prejudice to the status of construction.

W artykule analizowano zagrożenie trwałości konstrukcji budynków wielkopłytowych. Stan techniczny tych budynków jest zróżnicowany niezależnie od systemu wykonania. Głównymi czynnikami decydującymi o trwałości tego typu konstrukcji są jakość wykonania na etapie wytwórni prefabrykatów oraz dokładność montażu w miejscu wbudowania. Ogólnie trwałość konstrukcji tych budynków jako całości nie zagraża bezpieczeństwu jego lokatorów.

The article contemplated how real is the threat of the durability of the construction of buildings of large slab. The technical condition of these buildings is varied independently of the system execution. The major determining factors for the sustainability of this type of construction is the quality of execution of the stage factory precast and accuracy of assembly in place be built. Generally durability construction of these buildings as a whole does not threaten the safety of your tenants.
