Praca ma charakter analityczno-koncepcyjny. Na podstawie przeglądu literatury, badań własnych oraz obserwacji procesów przemysłowych przeanalizowano warunki mycia instalacji przemysłowych metodą CIP. Celem pracy była identyfikacja ograniczeń tej metody mycia, skutków energetycznych i środowiskowych oraz możliwości uaktywnienia mycia metodą CIP poprzez zastosowanie metod hybrydowych takich jak: oddziaływanie kawitacji ultradźwiękowej, barbotażu, piany oraz wkładek-korków przepływowych.

This work presents an analytically-conceptual character. On the basis of literature survey, our own research and industrial process observation, CIP cleaning conditions of industrial lines were analyzed. The aim of this study was to identify limitations of this washing method, energy and environmental effects and the possibility of activating CIP washing using hybrid methods such as ultrasonic cavitation, bubbling, foam and inserts-flow caps.

This is an review paper, particulary concentrate on results not many researches by reason that are explain in the text. We consider stability of disperse, two-phase flow (gas-solid particles or liquid-solid particles) linear and non-linear. In particular we discuss the result of Anderson, Sundareson and Jackson (1995) [3] that for vertical dispersion flow one- and two-dimensional, they attack problem growing disturbances directly by numerical integration of equations of motion from given initial conditions (using computer Cray C-90). In principle, this would allow authors to explore all aspects of dynamical behaviour of fluidized beds. It is interesting mechanism of periodic plug describing by Anderson et al. and attest by other researchers. Second part of paper is more general, dedicate the problem of linear stability of uniformly fluidized state ("fluidized bed"). We make the most important stages of calculations (after to Jackson (2000) [23]) and demonstrate that the majority (but not all) of fluidized beds with parameters having technical importance is unstable, or stable in narrow interval of wave numbers k.

W celu określenia wpływu własności fizykochemicznych cieczy na wielkość pęcherzy w procesie barbotażu wykonano pomiary średnicy pęcherzy gazu w laboratoryjnej kolumnie barbotażowej dla siedmiu cieczy organicznych w temperaturze pokojowej i pod ciśnieniem atmosferycznym. Pomiary prowadzono w obszarze przepływu homogenicznego. Wyniki pomiarów porównano z danymi wynikającymi z modelu matematycznego procesów koalescencji i redyspersji pęcherzy.

In order to establish the influence of liquid properties on bubble diameter measurements of bubble diameter were carried out in a laboratory column operated at atmospheric pressure and low temperature, with seven organic liquids. In all experiments free bubbling regime was maintained. The experimentally determined bubble diameters were subsequently compared with the model calculation based on coalescence and break-up processes.
