W pracy zaprezentowano metodę pozwalającą wyznaczać obciążenie cieplne komór paleniskowych energetycznych kotłów parowych. Omówiona została konstrukcja sondy wykorzystywanej do pomiaru gęstości strumienia ciepła. Gęstość strumienia ciepła przejmowanego przez powierzchnie ogrzewalne kotła wyznaczana była na podstawie rejestrowanych przez wstawkę termometryczną zmian temperatury metalu w pobliżu powierzchni czołowej i wewnętrznej. Temperatury zmierzone we wstawce umożliwiły również wyznaczenie czasowych zmian współczynnika wnikania ciepła na powierzchni ogrzewalnej. Mierzona była również temperatura na tylnej zewnętrznej powierzchni rury ekranowej.

This paper presents the construction and the necessary computations for assessing a new heat flux meter used for determining local heat load in the waterwall of a boiler's combustion chamber. It presents the load measurement results for the waterwall of the OP-210 steam boiler. Due to the application of the eccentricity pipe, the distances between the thermoelements in the meter wall are larger from the furnace side. This ensures high measurement accuracy. The formula for determining waterwall heat load was derived from extensive calculations of the temperature field carried out with the use of the FLlUENTsoftware. Heat flux tubes allow to continually monitor the amount of heat absorbed by the waterwall along the elevation of the boiler combustion chamber (the combustion and flue gas temperature monitoring). Measurement results can also be used to control the circulation of steam-water mixture and the deposition of scale on the inner surfaces of waterwall tubes. One can use them for experimental verification of combustion chamber calculations carried out by means of the numerical programs.
