W pracy przedstawiono konstrukcję, podstawowe parametry eksploatacyjne i wybrane wyniki badań bezszczotkowego silnika prądu stałego z sześcioma biegunami. Stojan prototypu silnika wykonany został z blachy prądnicowej metodą obróbki laserowej. W stojanie tym znajduje się dziewięć żłobków, na których umieszczono trójpasmowe uzwojenie. Na wirniku silnika umieszczono sześciobiegunowy neodymowy magnes. Pozycja wirnika względem stojana określana jest za pomocą układu optycznego składającego się z trzech transoptorów odbiciowych i współpracującej z nimi tarczy odbijającej promieniowanie podczerwone. Silnik taki może być stosowany w napędach elektrycznych wózków inwalidzkich i innych pojazdów o zasilaniu akumulatorowym.

Thanks to numerous advantages of DC brushless motors with permanent magnets, they are more and more frequently utilized in an unconventional high and medium power drivers. In this paper the physical model of the built motor has been presented. This motor has a power of 200W and the turning velocity of 2400 rev/min. The three-phase winding and neodyme magnet were placed on the stator and the rotor of the motor respectively. Information concerning position the rotor toward the stator necessary to work the motor is obtained from optical position sensors. For the sake of its application - driver of the wheelchair it is supplied by 24 V. The relationship between the torque of motor and current flowing through bands of winding was investigated as well as the measurement of phase and line rotation voltage were carried out.
