We have demonstrated two step one-pot synthesis of novel 5-(4-Fluorophenyl)-1H-Beno[e][1,4]Diazepin-2(3H)-one using 2-Amino-4’-fluorobenzophenone as initial stating material. The small library of N-alkylation and C-3 benzylidene derivatives have been synthesized by base catalyzedreaction of 5-(4-fluorophenyl)-1H-benzo[e][1,4]diazepin-2(3H)-one (3) nucleus with various alkyl halides and aromatic aldehydes respectively.

W artykule przedstawiono przegląd metod oznaczania benzodiazepin i trójcyklicznych leków antydepresyjnych. Do najczęściej stosowanych metod należny chromatografia cieczowa z detekcja, optyczną. Metody elektrochemiczne, głównie woltamperometryczne, stanowią przedmiot zainteresowań badawczych autorów. Przedstawiono również wstępne wyniki pomiarów stężenia imipraminy za pomocą elektrody amperometrycznej własnej konstrukcji, w której elektrodę pracującą i pomocniczą wykonano metody sitodruku przez nanoszenie pasty węgłowej. Czujnik ten ma możliwość integracji z układem przepływowym.

In this paper, methods of determination of benzodiazepines and tricyclic anti depress ant drugs are reviewed. The most frequently used method is a liquid chromatography with optical detection. Electrochemical methods, mainly voltamperometric ones, are the object of research. Preliminary experimental results of imipriamine concentration measurements using amperometric sensor with carbon working and counter electrodes manufactured at our Institute indicate that this sensor may be integrated with flow system.

This paper focuses on the investigating three methods of positive identification or discrimination of a substance when it is compared to a set of similar ones, applying the quantitative criteria. Correlation coefficients were compared between the transmission, absorption, and the first derivatives of absorption spectra. The latter was the method that proved to have the most discriminating power. The investigation involved exploring a group of structurally related compounds, namely a group of fourteen benzodiazepines. Limiting values were proposed for correlation coefficients so as to allow qualification of a substance as the same 35 the reference one.

W pracy sprawdzono trzy metody pozytywnej identyfikacji lub dyskryminacji substancji porównywanej ze zbiorem substancji podobnych. Do przetestowania tych metod użyto grupy czternastu benzodiazepin. Największą zdolność dyskryminacji miaJa metoda oparta na porównaniu pierwszych pochodnych \vidm absorpcji. Zaproponowano wartości graniczne dla współczynników korelacji pozwalające na zakwalifikowanie substancji jako identj czncj z substancją porównawczą.
