Przedstawiono praktyczny przykład planu spawania stosowanego przy spawaniu belki poprzecznej dźwigu. Omówiono etapy przygotowania planu spawania. Przywołano normy oraz inne dokumenty niezbędne przy opracowywaniu planu spawania tego typu urządzeń. Przedstawiono zestawienie materiałów podstawowych i dodatkowych do spawania oraz wymaganych kwalifikacji spawaczy. Zamieszczono klasyfikację stanowisk i odpowiadający im zakres kompetencji i odpowiedzialności. Przedstawiono wymagane uprawnienia wytwórcy i kwalifikacje personelu. Zaprezentowano w formie rysunku plan spawania belki poprzecznej dźwigu.

The practical example of crane's transversal beam welding was presented. The stages of welding plan preparation was discussed. The standards and other documents necessary for welding plan preparation were called. The set of parent and auxiliary materials and the welder's qualifications were described. What is more, the work stations classification and their competence and duties range were described. Required manufacturer and staff's competence and duties were presented. Last but not least, the scheme of crane's transversal beam welding plan was shown.

The paper is concerned with the stabilization of an elastic beam nonlinear geometrically subjected to a time-dependent axial forcing. The direct Liapunov method is proposed to establish criteria for the almost sure stochastic stability of the unperturbed (trivial) solution of the structure with closed-loop control. We construct the Liapunov functional as a sum of the modified kinetic energy and the elastic energy of the structure The distributed control is realized by the piezoelectric sensor and actuator, with the changing widths, glued to the upper and lower beam surface. The paper is devoted to the stability analysis of the closed-loop system described by the stochastic partial differential equation without a finite-dimensional approach. The fluctuating axial force is modelled by the physically realizable ergodic process. The rate velocity feedback is applied to stabilize the panel parametric vibrations. Calculations are performed for the Gaussian process with given mean value and variance as well as for the harmonic process with an amplitude A.

An analysis of reliability of cross-bars, elements of bogie castings produced of cast steel, was made. Tensile strength, impact strength and fracture toughness of cast steel in the temperature range from +20 to -60 grades C were tested to carry out this analysis. Tensile strength and fracture toughness under the static loading at the temperature of -196 grades C were also tested. Apart from mechanical tests an analysis of specimens fractures from impact strength tests carried out in various temperatures was realized to evaluate the existing fracture mechanisms. The assessment of the reliability of cross-bars was made by means of the professional computer programme taking into account static and dynamic loads in four different temperatures and various levels of residual stresses.
