W artykule przedstawiono wyniki badań wpływu obróbki nagniataniem dynamicznym na strukturę geometryczną powierzchni przedmiotów wycinanych: laserem. Do analizy struktury geometrycznej powierzchni wykorzystano parametry krzywej udziału materiałowego. Badano również topografię powierzchni i błędy kształtu wykonania konturu. Stwierdzono, że dzięki nagniataniu odśrodkowemu można zmniejszyć chropowatość powierzchni oraz poprawić parametry krzywej udziału materiałowego dla elementów wycinanych laserem.

The article presents the results of studies of the effect of centrifugal burnishing upon geometric structure of objects after laser cutting. For the geometric structure analysis the parameters of bearing curve were used. The topography of surface formed in result of centrifugal burnishing and contour errors were analyzed. It was concluded that centrifugal burnishing allows to decrease surface roughness of objects and improves of the bearing curve parameters after laser cutting.
The article presents the results of studies on the effect of technological parameters of vibration shot peening upon the shape of bearing curves and the parameters of that curve. The topography of surface formed in result of vibration shot peening and pre-machining, which was grinding, were analyzed. The material used in the studies was alloy steel 30HGSA. The shot peening process was performed on an appliance equipped with a kinematic vibrator. Shot peening time t, vibrator oscillations (vibrations) frequency ν, as well as vibrator oscillations amplitude A were changed within: t = 1–15 min, ν = 17,5–35 Hz, A = 10,3–17,3 mm. For measuring surface roughness and determining the bearing curve the appliance T8000 RC120-400 by Hommel- Etamic was used together with the software. In result of the machining performed surface roughness decreased, and the parameters of bearing curve improved.

The topography of surface formed by plasma cutting were analyzed. For measuring surface roughness and determining the bearing curve the appliance T8000 RC120 – 400 by Hommel-Etamic was used together with software.
In this paper, a proposal of a new method for assessment of changes occurring in geometric structure of elements of turning bearing surfaces has been presented. The bearing curve parameter value changes serve as the measurement of the observed changes in the function of stress amplitude, for different use times. The research was carried out within BS 06 on the subject „Selected problems of a product manufacture and life engineering”. The results of the performed empirical tests reveal that description by means of the proposed method of changes occurring in the structure of the tested surfaces, throughout the wear process, is possible.
