W artykule przedstawiono wyniki badań elektromagnetycznych kilku modeli zbrojenia ortogonalnego z zastosowaniem Profometru PM-650. Oceniono powtarzalność pomiarów w przypadku różnego usytuowania tzw. ośrodka pomiaru względem pręta poprzecznego i oszacowano wartości błędów pomiarowych. Stwierdzono, że pozycja skanera istotnie wpływa na pomiar średnicy, natomiast w mniejszym stopniu na pomiar otuliny. W artykule poruszono również problem wpływu na wyniki czynników zaburzających pole elektromagnetyczne. W efekcie przeprowadzonych badań sformułowano zalecenia praktyczne.

The article presents the results of electromagnetic research of several models of orthogonal reinforcement. Profometer PM-650 was used. The repeatability of measurements for different locations of the so-called measurement centre relative to the transverse member was evaluated and the values of measurement errors were estimated. It was found that the position of the scanner significantly affects the measurement of the diameter, while the measurement of the coating affects to a lesser extent. The article also discusses the problem of influencing the results of electromagnetic field disruptors. Practical recommendations were formulated.

Badanie zbrojenia stropów monolityczno-prefabrykowanych parkingu metodą elektromagnetyczną

W artykule opisano badania zbrojenia stropów Filigran w czterokondygnacyjnym parkingu otwartym. Ich celem było określenie zgodności zbrojenia z projektem i związku z uszkodzeniami w postaci rys różnego typu. Zbadano zbrojenie płyt prefabrykowanych i zbrojenie w nadbetonie. Stwierdzono niedostateczną grubość otuliny w płytach Filigran w stosunku do wymagań i nieregularny rozstaw prętów. Nie wykryto zbrojenia nadstykowego, a obserwowane uszkodzenia wskazują na występowanie klawiszowania. Zbyt cienka ze względu na trwałość otulina w nadbetonie została wykryta na ponad 30% powierzchni jednego ze stropów. Stwierdzono związek pomiędzy małą grubością otuliny i położeniem rys na obu powierzchniach stropów, których przyczyny dopatruje się w naprężeniach skurczowych.

The article describes tests on the reinforcement of Filigree-type ceiling in a four-story open-air car-park. Their purpose was to investigate the compliance of the reinforcement with the design and the relationship to damage in the form of cracks of various types. Their reinforcement of the precast slabs and the reinforcement in the over concrete were examined. The thickness of the cover in the precast slabs was found to be insufficient compared to the requirements, and the spacing of the bars was found to be irregular. No reinforcement over the edges of slabs was detected, and the observed damage indicates the presence of faulting. The cover in the over concrete, which was too thin for durability reasons, was detected on more than 30% of the surface of one of the ceilings. A relationship was found between the low thickness of the cover and the location of cracks on both surfaces of the ceilings, the cause of which is attributed to shrinkage stresses.
