W artykule przedstawiono dwa zróżnicowane podejścia do certyfikacji przyrządów i urządzeń diagnostycznych odnoszące się do urządzeń nowych oraz urządzeń użytkowanych na stacjach kontroli pojazdów. Zmiany przepisów prawnych wprowadzające nowe wymagania w stosunku do urządzeń spowodowały, że urządzenie wyprodukowane wcześniej i eksploatowane na stacjach kontroli pojazdów, w niektórych przypadkach, nie spełniają aktualnych wymagań. Niekiedy są to jedynie braki formalne, gdyż właściwości pomiarowe urządzenia nie są potwierdzone wymaganym certyfikatem, w innych przypadkach istnieje możliwość modernizacji urządzeń dostosowująca je do aktualnych przepisów. Oba przypadki wiążą się z koniecznością uzyskania, wymaganego prawem, certyfikatu.

The article presents two different approaches to the certification of instruments and diagnostic devices referring to the new devices and those already in use at the vehicle inspection stations. The changes of legal regulations introducing new requirements in respect to the devices, have caused the situation that the equipment manufactured earlier and being used at the vehicle inspection stations, in some cases, does not comply with the current requirements. Sometimes these are only formal drawbacks, as measuring capabilities of the device are not substantiated by a required certificate, some other times there is a possibility of modernising the devices adapting them to the current regulations. In both theses cases it is necessary to obtain, legally required, certificate

Sposób organizacji badań wyrobów w warunkach ograniczonych środków finansowych. Omówiony został model integracji kooperacyjnej, tj. model programowego współdziałania: wytwórcy wyrobu, dostawców, ośrodków badawczych i użytkownika, podczas wytwarzania nowych wyrobów, realizowanych na specjalne zamówienie klienta.

How to organize and realize the testing of new products in conditions of limited financial means, is the crucial question of presented article. The interest of producers to introduce a new product to the market is increasing. It is the basic issue of competitiveness and commercial success, with special validity for SME's (but not only). They don't dispone with unlimited or huge proper research budgets. The reduction of designe and research time cycles is practically needed and even necessary. The testing of new products, due the legal regulations and market requirements, is just obligatory. The integrative cooperation of all (sub)suppliers, participating in the creation of new product is very, very useful in that sense. Such approach is presented in this publication.
