W artykule przedstawiono wyniki badań diagnostycznych metodą eksperymentu biernego silników spalinowych 2112 SSF lokomotyw serii SP45. Badania te polegały na obserwacji sygnału drganiowego od początku eksploatacji silników aż do jej zakończenia. Równolegle z obserwacją diagnostyczną rejestrowano' zdarzenia eksploatacyjne (uszkodzenia) badanych silników. Celem tych badań było znalezienie relacji pomiędzy parametrami sygnału drganiowego a procesem uszkadzania silnika. Przeprowadzone badania korelacyjne oraz analizy regresyjne wykazały, że w przypadku złożonego obiektu jakim jest silnik spalinowy istnieje związek pomiędzy procesem uszkadzania silnika a niektórymi parametrami sygnału drganiowego.

In this article the results of diagnostics tests with method of the passive experiment of 2112 SSF diesel engines of Series SP45 locomotives are presented. These tests are based on observation the vibration signal since the beginning of exploitation of the engines till its ending. In parallel with diagnostic observation the exploitation occurences ( damages ) of tested engines are recorded. The aim of these tests was the finding the relation between the parameters of the vibration signal and the damage process of the engine. The performed correletion tests and regressive analyses showed that in case of the composed object what is the diesel engine there is the connection between the damage process of the engine and some parameters of the vibration signal.

W artykule przedstawiono wyniki wibroakustycznych (WA) badań diagnostycznych metodą eksperymentu czynno-biernego silników spalinowych a8c22. Badaniami objęto grupę silników, które zgodnie z założeniami metody planowo-zapobiegawczych napraw zostały skierowane do naprawy. Celem tych badań było znalezienie relacji pomiędzy parametrami sygnału drganiowego a wartościami wyznaczonych luzów par kinematycznych układu tłokowo-korbowego i rozrządu. Przeprowadzone badania korelacyjne oraz analizy regresyjne wykazały, że w przypadku złożonego obiektu jakim jest silnik spalinowy brak jest jednoznacznego odwzorowania pomiędzy parametrami sygnału a luzami.

In this paper the results of the vibroacoustic ( WA ) tests with the method of the active-passive experiment of a8c22 diesel engines are presented. The tests include the group of engines which in accordance with assumptions of the planned and preventive method of repairs were sent to repair. The aim of these tests was the finding the relation between parameters of vibration signal and values of pointed out clearances of kinematic couples of the piston and master connecting-rod system and the timing gear. The carried out correlation tests and regressive analysis showed that in case of the composed object what is the diesel engine there is the lack of the unique mapping between signal parameters and clearances.
