The article presents the issues of energy recovery in the hybrid drive system of a vehicle. Road tests of a vehicle equipped with a hybrid powertrain were carried out in accordance with the recommendations of the RDE test. In these studies, measurements of braking energy recovery were carried out in urban, rural and motorway traffic conditions. The analysis of the obtained test results may constitute a premise for the creation of an appropriate strategy for the operation of the hybrid drive system in terms of meeting the requirements of the currently prepared Euro 7 standard.

W niniejszym artykule zaprezentowano wyniki badań pozycjonowania pojazdu układu wyposażonego w GPS i jednostkę inercyjną. Przedstawiony układ pomiarowy został zbudowany w celu wyznaczenia trajektorii ruchu, a także parametrów ruchu (prędkość, przyspieszenie) pojazdu w warunkach ograniczonego dostępu do sygnału GPS (kaniony miejskie). Prezentowany układ pomiarowy zbudowano ze względu na udział Instytutu Pojazdów, Konstrukcji i Eksploatacji Maszyn w projekcie Europejskim pod nazwą COOPERS.

At this paper there were presenter vehicle positioning researches results of system equipped with GPS and Inertial Unit. Described measurement unit there were build to calculate vehicle trajectory and also movement parameters (velocity, acceleration) at limited access to GPS signal (city canyons). Presented measurement system was built with regard to Vehicle Institute, Machine Design and Operation cooperation at European project so called COOPERS.
